We care deeply about the people who work here. This is why we have a strong benefits program. Our benefits are designed to provide you with a variety of options so that you can select the plans that best meet your individual or family needs for managing your health, security, and wealth.

Your Health

Stansell offers a choice of several PPO medical plans through Cigna, with low deductibles and copays for some services. In these 3 plans, there are no referrals needed when you use network providers.
When you enroll in one of our Cigna plans, you have 3 levels of prescription drugs. A mail order program is also available, where you can receive up to a 90‐day supply of maintenance medication.
Stansell offers an HMO plan and PPO dental plan. When you use a Cigna Preferred Dentist in the HMO, the dentist’s charges are guaranteed by contract, so there are no “surprise” bills. The plan covers preventive care in full, and it limits your costs for other treatment. The PPO dental plan has a calendar-year deductible with unlimited calendar-year annual maximum.
Stansell offers vision coverage through Cigna that helps pay for eye examinations, glasses, and contact lenses. In this plan’s network, you have guaranteed pricing for most services and supplies. 
If you or someone in your family is not feeling well and doesn’t require emergency care, telemedicine, powered by MDLive, lets you see a U.S. board-certified physician in minutes using your smartphone, tablet, or computer.
Our wellness program is about more than just feeling good. Cigna Wellness provides information, resources, and assessments to help you maintain – or even improve – your health. The program includes ways to manage stress, sleep better, quit smoking, and improve your emotional health.

Your Security

These benefits are offered to employees on a voluntary basis and are post tax.
Accident Insurance – is a medical indemnity plan that provides employees and their families with hospital, doctor, accidental death and catastrophic accident benefits in the event of a covered accident. Critical Illness – is a benefit plan that helps with out of pocket medical and non-medical expenses for a critical illness. Hospital Indemnity – is a benefit plan that provides assistance with the cost of an overnight hospital stay. Disability – is a benefit in the event due to an accident, or illness after a 14 day “elimination period”
Stansell provides voluntary employee life insurance with a number of options for supplemental life insurance, dependent life insurance, and AD&D insurance.

Your Wealth

To help you save for retirement and plan for your financial future, Stansell offers 401(k). The plan offers many benefits, including tax‐deferred savings, a Roth 401(k) contribution option, a 4% company matching contribution, a variety of investment fund choices, and access to your money when you need it in certain circumstances.
