Georgia was one of the first states we pursued after expanding out of our Florida headquarters and establishing our Arizona market. The state's growth and deep talent pool made it an obvious next step, and the opportunity excited us early on.
Today, we have a sizable team based in the Atlanta area, including project managers, project coordinators, and superintendents who live locally. That physical presence allows us to support Georgia and the surrounding states without the friction that comes with running projects from a distance. We've also developed strong relationships with trade partners who can travel where the work takes them, which gives us real flexibility across the region.
We continue to see Georgia and its neighboring states as one of our strongest commercial construction markets.
One thing that sets us apart in Georgia and the surrounding region is our willingness to take on projects in remote and rural areas. We see general contractors turn down work in these locations all the time, often because of logistics, distance from trade partners, or the operational complexity of running a job far from major metros.
We intentionally take those projects on. Our clients trust us to deliver regardless of location, and that reputation has helped Georgia and its neighboring states become a long-term growth market for us.
