From the initial groundbreaking to the final touches, the construction process of the new McDonald's location in Santa Rosa Beach was a true testament to teamwork and dedication. Our team of skilled professionals, led by field team Peter Morrison and Joel Stengel and supported by management team Rex Middleton and Lori Suarez, worked tirelessly to bring this project to life ahead of schedule.
Despite facing challenges along the way, our team remained resilient and focused on delivering a top-notch McDonald's location that the community could be proud of. Through effective communication, problem-solving, and collaboration, we were able to navigate these obstacles and bring the project to completion in record time (post-COVID) while also maintaining the same level of quality, safety, and customer service that we pride ourselves on.
As the doors to the new McDonald's location in Santa Rosa Beach open, we reflect on the construction process with pride and satisfaction. Turning the store over after 89 days of construction is a true testament to the hard work and dedication of our team, as well as the support and collaboration of our partners and the Santa Rosa Beach community.
The first McDonald's in Santa Rosa Beach, FL is officially open. Congratulations to the Costa Organization and good luck!
