At Stansell, our commitment to people—our team, our clients, and our partners—has always been the driving force behind everything we do. Founded as a customer-service company that happens to do construction, we’ve grown by staying true to that core belief.
As we continue to expand our reach and take on transformative projects nationwide, we’re excited to announce several strategic leadership transitions that will support the next phase of our journey. These changes reflect the strength of our team, the trust of our partners, and the momentum we’re carrying into the future.
Effective April 1, the following executive leadership updates will take place:
John Stege – Chief Relationship Officer
In this newly created role, John will lead the charge in strengthening and nurturing client relationships—ensuring our commitment to service remains front and center. John’s deep industry knowledge and personal approach to relationships have always been a cornerstone of our success. This new role allows him to focus even more intentionally on what he does best: connecting with people.
Jim Kurtz – President
Jim will take on the role of President, where he will oversee strategic growth, talent development, and the overall success of Stansell. With a proven track record of leadership and innovation, Jim is well positioned to lead us into our next chapter while preserving the values that define us.
Andy Hulsey – Chief Operating Officer
Andy will move into the COO role, where he will oversee operations and execution at the highest level. His strong leadership and operational mindset will ensure we remain agile, efficient, and customer focused as we scale.
These promotions are not only a recognition of past contributions—they are a bold investment in the future of Stansell. We are energized by the possibilities ahead and grateful to have such exceptional leaders guiding our path.
Please join us in congratulating John, Jim, and Andy on these well-earned roles. The future of Stansell Construction is brighter than ever—and we’re just getting started.
