Professional Background

Anthony began his construction career as a carpenter at a kitchen and bath remodeler, gaining hands-on experience with the technical side of construction work. This foundation in the trades gave him practical knowledge of building processes and quality standards that would inform his approach to project management.

During his time at the University of North Florida, where he earned a Bachelor of Applied Science in Construction Management between 2016 and December 2019, Anthony worked as a Construction Crew Leader for Habitat for Humanity of Jacksonville from October 2017 to May 2018. In this role, he managed volunteers through various projects including installation of siding, house wrap, and windows, as well as leading paint days, sod laying, and punch-out activities. This experience taught him valuable skills in team leadership, volunteer coordination, and maintaining quality standards while working with diverse groups.

He also worked as a Valet Attendant with AmeriPark from October 2017 to May 2019, where he learned the importance of creating positive customer experiences and maintaining professional service standards. Additionally, Anthony obtained his real estate license and worked briefly as a Licensed Real Estate Agent with Keller Williams from August 2018 to May 2019, gaining valuable perspective on property transactions and client relations that would complement his construction expertise.
Anthony joined Stansell Properties & Development in May 2019 and has since progressed through multiple operational roles, each building on the last to create a comprehensive understanding of the company's processes. His progression from superintendent assistant through bid coordinator, coordinator, assistant project manager, and project manager reflects his commitment to continuous learning and growing expertise across all facets of construction operations.

In 2025, Anthony passed the NASCLA exam, positioning him to test for several state contractor licenses and further expanding his professional qualifications. His role as Efficiency Strategist reflects his passion for identifying and implementing technological solutions that improve operational performance, streamline workflows, and ultimately enhance Stansell's ability to deliver exceptional service to clients.
